Yoga for You

Bring a towel or a yoga mat and join us for a free monthly yoga class provided by a Certified Yoga Instructor from Studio B Yoga. Classes are adjusted to match the level of participants. Ages 16+.

Expect to learn breathing techniques along with different postures to improve balance and flexibility. Instructors will lead with verbal cues as well as with hands on instruction.
