What is Classroom Connect?
DC-G Schools and Grimes Public Library have partnered to offer Classroom Connect which provides access to reliable, up-to-date resources in and out of the classroom. Classroom Connect opens the doors to a number of resources that are not otherwise available online for free.
Who can access Classroom Connect?
All DC-G students and staff have access to Classroom Connect via their 5 digit school ID.
What’s available through Classroom Connect?
Online educational databases provided by Grimes Public Library are provided. See Quicklinks.
How do I access material?
All students and staff can easily access these materials through a link on the school’s website or the library’s website and use their 5 digit ID to log in. Some online resources require that an account be created.
Can I use my School ID to check out at the Library?
Classroom connect provides access only to online educational databases. If you wish to check out books, movies, etc. at the Library, you will still need a valid library card. Learn more about getting a library card here.
