   Rotten Tomatoes has been providing movie and TV show recommendations and reviews for years. With hundreds of published critics contributing to the website, Rotten Tomatoes has built a reputation for being one of the most reliable movie review websites on the internet.

In order for a movie to be considered Certified Fresh (not a “rotten tomato”), it must have a minimum number of critic reviews, a majority of which must rate the movie 7.5/10 or better.

Anyone can sign up and contribute audience reviews as well. Each movie lists the Tomatometer rating (critics’ average rating) and the audience rating, giving you the information you need to make informed movie choices.
